Forest Park in the Fall is pretty magical. And we found alllll the Fall at Rachel and Zach’s engagement session. Even with the constant drizzle, and slightly chilly temps, these two nailed it. And we had a blast! Fall engagement sessions are always a good idea.
Rachel and Zach have been doing the long distance thing for years. When they met in Memphis, 6 years ago, I’m sure a long distance relationship was the last thing on their minds. But, when you meet your person, distance becomes irrelevant. Their love story included many trips between Memphis and Columbia, and then Columbus and Columbia, and now St. Louis and Columbia. The number one thing they’re most excited about getting married, is being able to close that distance for good.
When they knew this was it, that they’d found their forevers, they took a trip back to where it all began…Memphis. Rachel thought they were just meeting old friends, but Zach had planned the sweetest proposal. According to Rachel, it was “Memphis-hot” but she didn’t even notice. I’d say that’s pretty perfect.
It was an absolute blast getting to know Rachel and Zach at their engagement session. I love this time with my couples! And these guys are nothing short of fabulous! And don’t even get me started on the heirloom Mink coat Rachel wore! Perfection. I can’t WAIT for their wedding next May!
