The One with a Hundred Faces

Four year old Ben was the first out of the van, and boy was he READY for family pictures. I have a four year old boy, and I’m pretty sure he’s NEVER been excited about family pictures!  When I asked little Ben if he was going to give me some really good smiles, he proceeded to show me ALL of the faces he would give me.  A hundred different faces might be a slight exaggeration, but he had A LOT.  And they were ALL cute.  This kid had me laughing the whole night!

Then there was Whitney.  She loved to pose. Hands on her hips, hands in the air, hip jutting out.  She had all the moves.  Loved it.

You could tell Kate was the oldest.  She knew just what to do.  Keep a smile on her face and eyes on the camera at all times.  She nailed it.

Finally, there was little baby Jane.  Can I just say, a whole-lotta chunky CUTENESS! And we won’t talk about how she kept eating rocks! Fourth child problems.

This family was loads of cuteness and happiness and fun.  Add in another perfect spring night, and we had a fabulous family session.  I think my favorite part about my job is getting to meet new people, and getting to know them even if it’s just for an hour.  Every time I leave a session I feel like I’ve made new friends! And this session was no different.  If anything, it was even better than usual!

It's about more than hiring someone to hold a camera and snap a few pics. Wedding photography is about capturing the joyful, bright, authentic moments of your big day in a way that beautifully tells the story of your love.

Your moments matter.
