Illinois Backyard Wedding | Sydney and Adam

It all started in the 5th grade. If you thought high school sweethearts were cute, let me tell you about these grade school sweethearts! Sydney and Adam are genuine, kind hearted and all kinds of sweet. He’s a pizza loving, MMA watching, whiskey drinking lineman. She’s a hockey watching, wine drinking, super smart med school student. Together, they are the perfect match.

Together, they weathered the storm of planning a wedding in 2020. And together, they made it. The list of things working against their wedding day was a long one. But, in the end, it didn’t matter. They exchanged their own vows. They said I do. And nothing is standing in their way!

Sydney and Adam, I am in awe of your strength and your love. Your wedding day was perfect. Thank you for allowing me to be a tiny part of it! Congratulations!

Wedding Day Highlights:

Sydney’s first look with her dad.

Sydney’s dad playing the guitar and singing to his baby girl during the ceremony. (She had no idea he was planning this surprise!)

Adam’s never-ending smile.

A massive bridal party, that was just way too much fun.

Adam and his groomsmen linemen climbing a pole, wearing their tuxes.

The most perfect weather.

It's about more than hiring someone to hold a camera and snap a few pics. Wedding photography is about capturing the joyful, bright, authentic moments of your big day in a way that beautifully tells the story of your love.

Your moments matter.
