If I could describe Stephanie and Bradley in one word, it would be FUN. And fun people, have a bright summer wedding. Bright colors, the perfect summer glow, and so much happiness. Add in unbelievable weather, and we had one amazing wedding day.
We actually caught that dreamy summer glow a few days before the wedding, when I met Stephanie for a bridal session. It was basically perfection from beginning to end. Not too hot (which in itself was a miracle), a soft summer breeze, and magical light. I was obviously in photography heaven. And Stephanie was radiant. She was SO excited to marry her person. And it was SO much fun seeing them together just a few days later.
Bradley and Stephanie met for the first time on a blind date! All thanks to Brad’s sister. After just a few months of dating, they realized just how well their lives meshed together and how easy it was to say “we” instead of “I”. Not long after, during a walk in Forest Park, Bradley surprised Stephanie with a beautiful engagement ring nestled inside a sparkling geode. Both of their families were there, watching, as Brad knelt on one knee and asked Stephanie to marry him.
I’m not sure Stephanie or Bradley, or anyone in their family, stopped smiling their entire wedding day. And every single time Brad looked at Stephanie, I thought I would melt. His face said it all, he is madly in love with his bride. And she showed it right back in giggles and sweet smiles. Oh how I LOVE my job! Nothing beats taking pictures of THAT!
Steph and Brad, you guys were made for each other. And I think anyone that knows you would agree. I am so happy you found each other, and so happy that I got to witness such joy and love. Thank you for sharing your day with me! And keep on smiling together, forever!
