When it comes to planning a wedding that’s both seamless and spectacular, Taylor and Nick’s colorful celebration at Westwind Hills, just outside of St Louis, is the perfect example of why having an incredible vendor team makes all the difference. Every detail of their day was thoughtfully crafted and planned to perfection by Plan It Terra, and their bright and colorful palette brought unexpected springtime beauty to their September wedding.

Setting the Tone with Gorgeous Stationery
The anticipation for Taylor and Nick’s wedding began the moment their guests received their breathtaking, hand-painted invitation suite from Forget Not Paper. Every piece told a story of their love, setting the tone for a colorful yet elegant celebration. The same artistry carried into their custom escort wall, bar setup, and day-of stationery with more handpainted details.

An Emotional & Meaningful Westwind Hills Ceremony
In the stunning Chandelier Room of Westwind Hills, guests gathered as a live musician trio from Beau Son Strings, including an actual harpist, played an ethereal melody that set the perfect tone. But the most touching moment of all was when Taylor walked down the aisle. Her father, battling a physical ailment, walked her partway before Taylor’s mother joined them, completing the journey together. It was a moment of love, resilience, and family unity that left hardly a dry eye in the crowd. As Taylor and Nick exchanged vows on a circular stage, surrounded by a garden of colorful florals from Sugarberry Blooms and the people they love most, it was clear: this was the beginning of a lifetime of happiness.

A Cocktail Hour Experience Like No Other
Guests were treated to a one-of-a-kind cocktail hour experience that blended beauty and entertainment. Brook Taylor Illustration, an amazing live painter, captured guests’ portraits in real-time, creating beautiful keepsakes and adding a personal, interactive touch to the celebration.

A Westwind Hills Reception Bursting with Energy & Color
The vibrant springtime color palette, unexpected but *chef’s kiss* for this September wedding, made every detail feel fresh, modern, and full of life. Tables were adorned with lush, colorful florals, and the dance floor was set for a night of celebration.

As the night came to a close, Taylor and Nick’s wedding at Westwind Hills stood as a testament to the magic that happens when love, thoughtful details, and an exceptional vendor team come together. Their day was more than just beautiful—it was seamless, meaningful, and uniquely theirs.
