I met Kelly at the gym. As in we started off knowing each other as sweaty, no-make-up, hair-in-a-pony-tail, moms at the gym. Since then, all of that still applies, but we’ve gotten to know each other a little better, and each other’s kids, and she is one amazing gal.
And super talented.
Like has a pottery studio in her garage, where she creates some really beautiful stuff. And on top of that, she has an incredible talent of applying spiritual meaning to the most basic things. Her faith is incredible. She’s one of those people that just has all the right priorities.
As if that wasn’t cool enough, she actually travels with her potter wheel and clay, and speaks at church conferences (I hope that’s right Kelly!!) using her pottery in some seriously awesome object lessons with really deep meaning.
I love it all. She’s incredible. And she also happened to need some pictures for her website. So I came over and did just that. It was SO much fun! And SO cool to see her in action. She really knows her stuff.
